This policy explains what Valerois (“we”) collects when you use Valerois Studio and Nova, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Account: your e-mail address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), or the e-mail address Google gives us if you sign in with Google. We send you verification and password-reset codes by e-mail.
Plan and billing status: which plan you have and whether it is active. Your payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy (see below); we never receive your card number.
Usage: how much of your weekly and monthly allowance you have used (counts of tokens and requests per account).
Your conversations: what you type and the files or text you send are sent to our service to produce an answer, and passed on to the AI model provider that generates it. We do not keep them in our logs.
Cloud copy (optional, on by default): if you stay signed in, your chats and a few preferences are saved to your account so they appear on your other devices, and the code Nova wrote in an unfinished task can be kept so you can recover it. They are stored on our server in compressed form and we do not read them in normal operation. Turn it off, or delete it, in Settings → Account (“Delete my cloud copy”). Provider keys, MCP server settings and folder access are never sent.
Technical data: your IP address and basic request data, used to keep the Service secure and to limit abuse, and error and diagnostic logs (which model tier answered, token counts, time). These do not contain the text of your conversations.

What stays on your device

In the desktop app your chats, settings, keys and folder permissions live on your computer. In the web app, chats and the browser workspace live in your browser’s storage. We use your browser’s local storage only for what the app needs to work (your sign-in session, your chats and settings). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and we do not run analytics on the app.

Who else handles data

Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, processes payments, taxes and receipts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. It shares with us your e-mail address and subscription status.
AI model providers receive the content of your messages to produce answers. We choose them, but each has its own handling rules; some providers of free models may keep prompts to improve their systems. Do not send passwords, secrets or sensitive personal data that you do not want a third-party model provider to process.
Hosting and e-mail delivery providers that run our servers and send our messages.
Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google” (we ask for your e-mail address and nothing else).
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account data and the cloud copy are kept while your account exists. Usage counters are kept as long as needed to run the plans. Security and error logs are kept for a limited time. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except what we must keep by law (for example payment records, which Lemon Squeezy holds).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or limit how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK; in the EU, your national authority). Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your cloud copy is also possible yourself, in the app.

Children

The Service is not for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Ne topluyoruz

Kullanım: haftalık ve aylık hakkının ne kadarını kullandığın (hesap başına token ve istek sayıları).
Konuşmaların: yazdıkların ve gönderdiğin dosya ya da metinler yanıt üretmek için hizmetimize gönderilir ve yanıtı üreten yapay zekâ model sağlayıcısına iletilir. Bunları günlüklerimizde tutmayız.
Bulut kopyası (isteğe bağlı, varsayılan olarak açık): oturumun açık kalırsa sohbetlerin ve birkaç tercihin diğer cihazlarında da görünsün diye hesabına kaydedilir; yarım kalan bir görevde Nova'nın yazdığı kod da geri alabilmen için saklanabilir. Sunucumuzda sıkıştırılmış biçimde durur ve olağan işleyişte okumayız. Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden kapatabilir veya silebilirsin (“Bulut kopyamı sil”). Sağlayıcı anahtarların, MCP sunucu ayarların ve klasör erişimin asla gönderilmez.
Teknik veri: Hizmetin güvenliği ve kötüye kullanımın sınırlanması için IP adresin ve temel istek verileri; ayrıca hata ve tanılama günlükleri (hangi model katmanının yanıtladığı, token sayıları, zaman). Bunlar konuşmalarının metnini içermez.

Cihazında kalanlar

Masaüstü uygulamasında sohbetlerin, ayarların, anahtarların ve klasör izinlerin bilgisayarında durur. Web uygulamasında sohbetler ve tarayıcı çalışma alanı tarayıcının depolamasında durur. Tarayıcının yerel depolamasını yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekenler (oturumun, sohbetlerin ve ayarların) için kullanırız. Reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmayız ve uygulamada analiz aracı çalıştırmayız.

Verilerle başka kimler ilgilenir

Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record'umuz olarak ödemeleri, vergileri ve makbuzları kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak işler. Bize e-posta adresini ve abonelik durumunu iletir.
Yapay zekâ model sağlayıcıları yanıt üretmek için mesajlarının içeriğini alır. Onları biz seçeriz ama her birinin kendi işleme kuralları vardır; ücretsiz model sağlayıcılarının bazıları istemleri sistemlerini geliştirmek için saklayabilir. Üçüncü taraf bir model sağlayıcının işlemesini istemediğin parolaları, sırları ve hassas kişisel verileri gönderme.
Sunucularımızı çalıştıran ve mesajlarımızı gönderen barındırma ve e-posta iletim sağlayıcıları.
Yalnızca “Google ile devam et”i seçersen Google (yalnızca e-posta adresini isteriz).
Kanunun gerektirdiği hallerde yetkili makamlar.

Ne kadar süre saklarız

Hesap verisi ve bulut kopyası hesabın var olduğu sürece saklanır. Kullanım sayaçları, planları işletmek için gerektiği kadar saklanır. Güvenlik ve hata günlükleri sınırlı bir süre saklanır. Hesabının silinmesini istediğinde, kanunen tutmamız gerekenler (örneğin Lemon Squeezy'nin tuttuğu ödeme kayıtları) dışında verini sileriz.

Haklarını

Verilerini görmeyi, düzeltmeyi, dışa aktarmayı veya silmeyi, kullanımına itiraz etmeyi veya sınırlamayı ve veri koruma kuruluna (Türkiye'de KVKK, AB'de ulusal kurumun) şikâyet etmeyi isteyebilirsin. [email protected] adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Bulut kopyanı uygulamadan kendin de silebilirsin.

Hizmet 16 yaşın altındakiler için değildir ve onların verilerini bilerek toplamayız.
